Baby Girard Blocks
Our little angel boy just turned one and he received these Alexander Girard baby blocks (by House Industries) as a gift from his uncle, very cool...great colors, typefaces and pictures. I'll definately play with them!

The Small Stakes
Great poster art from Jason Munn. Love the muted tones...coincidence, my husband just introduced me to the music of The National.

Anton Corbijn
Have always liked Anton's photography and album cover work...have yet to see his directorial work for the Joy Division film Control.
Being a graphic designer, I guiltily admit to sometimes having "designer fatigue" from work produced by other educated designers...it's always refreshing to see great design and creative works from people that didn't receive formal training.
and a happy birthday to Mr. Gahan today.
